Who are we?

Madalene Colyn is the Director of Colyn & Associates and was admitted as an Attorney and Conveyancer in 2017. Madalene has more than a decades’ experience in the legal field as she has worked as a Conveyancing secretary, dealing with various property Transfers (including Estate Transfers), Bond registrations and cancellation of existing Bonds since 2006.

Madalene has also been the recipient of the Legal Practice Council’s award for achieving the highest mark for the Conveyancing exam for the period 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2016. Madalene takes absolute pride and joy in her work and always has a strong passion for the law, especially the Conveyancing field.

Our firm’s most important goal is to take extra special care of our client’s needs and interest and to ensure that we deliver timeous and excellent service.

What makes us different?

Since we have secretarial as well as attorney experience, we have the benefit of being able to personally attend to all aspects of the transaction ourselves to ensure the delivery of proper and timeous service and to ensure that the process runs smoothly.
